Take your coffee outside to the large deck with chairs, table, and umbrella to enjoy a quiet morning. In the afternoon, if you feel like staying in for dinner, cookout on the gas grill. The private fenced-in back yard has it all: very large deck, patio seating, fire pit, and outdoor hot/cold water shower. There’s ample room for volleyball, badminton, or a game of chase. Enjoy a spacious living room, dedicated office space, and a separate dining/game room.

Some beaches require you to purchase a daily pass for car parking (usually $20-$30 a day, but you can
buy a weekly beach pass for less).
